Introducing Alpina Alpiner Watch Collection

By Charlotte Adams

Alpina have recently introduced two new additions to their Alpiner collection that are inspired by automatic models originally produced in the 1950s. They are clean and traditional pieces aimed at Alpina fans that have a gentlemen side to their explorer personality.

The new Alpiner Automatic comes in four variations: including: a black sunray dial with black alligator strap, white sunray dial with a stainless steel and gold PVD coated bracelet, white sunray dial with black alligator strap and one with a grey sunray dial and brown alligator strap.

Each model has an Alpina AL-525 Automatic Caliber movement, applied indexes and numerals on the dial, engraved case back, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a 41.5mm diameter case, date window at 6 o’clock and water resistance to 50 meters.

The new Alpiner Chronograph also comes in four variations that are similar to the Automatic models: black sunray dial with stainless steel bracelet, white sunray dial with dark brown leather strap, white sunray dial with stainless steel bracelet and a grey sunray dial with brown leather strap.

The Chronograph models also have a 41.5mm diameter case, applied indexes and numerals and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with engraved case back. They are powered by an Alpina AL-750 Automatic Chronograph Caliber and have a telemeter function on the dial that can be used to calculate time and distance.

The engraving on all case backs is an image of three summits that are the main summits of the Alps: Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. This image is a popular brand signature from Alpina. For more info, please visit alpina-watches.com
