Christopher Ward is having a bit of a renaissance in 2026 if the launches of its C63 True GMT and C63 Sealander watches are anything to go by. The crowds around their stand in London back in March certainly reflected the passion people have for Christopher Ward’s watches, and now some colourful new pieces inspired by sweet treats are with us.
The “Twelve” collection is Christopher Ward’s range of watches featuring integrated bracelets, a design which continues to be all the rage in the watch industry at the moment. Seriously, if you don’t have an integrated bracelet watch in 2026, what are you even doing? Anyway, the “Twelve” collection is made up of mostly simple watches in a range of sizes and colours, although there are some more intricate options available and there are the C12 watches which look more expensive than they have any right to in there as well. The brand is now looking to take us down memory lane with a range of six different watches inspired by “Pick’n’Mix” sweets (or candy, if you prefer).
There are six different flavours of the Twelve (Ti) Pick’n’Mix to choose from, each with a different dial colour. Buyers can choose from ‘Apple Sour’, ‘Orange Fizz’, ‘Blue Sherbet’, ‘Cherry Pop’, ‘Berry Burst’ and ‘Kola Krystals’; each piece has a dégradé finish, meaning there’s a colour gradient beginning at the bottom of the dials and getting lighter at the top.
Each dial also has quite an aggressive grainy finish to it, designed to mimic the sugar coating the sweet treats of a pick’n’mix stand. Applied numerals with Super-LumiNova stand above the sugary appearance, allowing reading of the time, but there is no date window in sight, which I’m quite glad about, there’s enough going on here as it is.
Inside each Twelve (Ti) Pick’n’Mix is a self-winding Sellita SW300-1, which has a 4Hz (28.800 vph) beat rate and a 56-hour power reserve. Christopher Ward has opted to equip each piece with a COSC-certified chronometer version of the SW300-1, which results in a higher price for the consumer but is also more accurate than other versions of the movement. It’s standard for movement makers like Sellita, ETA and others to offer different ‘grades’ of the same movement at different price points. Each watch seen here features a playful caseback graphic.
All versions of Christopher Ward’s new Twelve (Ti) Pick’n’Mix come in a grade 2 titanium case measuring 36mm x 8.95mm with 100m of water resistance. Each piece is supplied with a titanium bracelet that’s been brushed and polished to match the barrel-shaped case with its polished 12-sided bezel, and a colour-matched rubber strap is included with each purchase too. The price of every piece is £1,695, and each flavour is limited to just 50 pieces.
