The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 45.5 mm “Sochi 2014” Limited Edition watch, created for men, features a stainless steel case, with brushed and polished surfaces, presented on a matching bracelet. The case-construction incorporates a helium escape valve positioned at 10 o’clock.
The face of the Omega watch is framed by a unidirectional rotating diving bezel topped by a matt black ceramic ring with a chromium nitride diving scale. Paying tribute to the colors of the Russian flag, minutes 1 through 5 are lacquered in blue, while minutes 6 through 10 are lacquered in red.
The brushed screw-in case-back of the Omega watch bears the “Sochi 2014” Olympic logo and engravings of “Si14” and the limited edition number (0001/2014).
The matt black dial is completed with applied indexes. The time is indicated by polished, facetted rhodium-plated hands with white Super-LumiNova coating emitting blue light, with the exception of the minute hand emitting green light, the same as the 12 o’clock dot on the diving bezel.
