Girrard – Perregaux is a luxury watch brand known for the mechanics of time since 1791.
Girrard-Perregaux has recently launched a brand new timepiece the Sea Hawk. A great watch to add to their never ending of quality timepiece manufacturing. Girrard-Perregaux is very well known for making particular watch movements and watches in line with ‘high watchmaking culture’.
The Sea Hawk boasts a number of quality features that evidence the brands quality manufacturing capabilities. A mixture of blue and coral have been selected for the dial as well as the hands and rubber strap. A strip of coral also highlights the first 15 minutes of dive time on the bezel. This diver’s timepiece has a guaranteed water resistance of up to 1000 metres. This is clearly displayed just below the second hands on the dial.
The case on this piece is manufactured with stainless steel. It has a black rubber screw down crown, which is located at the 4pm mark. The reason for this position is in case of any external impact, the crown will be protected. This has to be a sturdy watch in order for it to deliver to its specific customer, divers. Other features include an in-house self winding mechanical movement.
This is to be sure a popular watch amongst divers, looking for time, quality and strong capabilities. Price for the Girard-Perregaux Sea Hawk Blue on the rubber strap (ref. 49960-19-431-FK4A) is $10,100 and price on the bracelet (ref. 49960-19-431-11A) is $11,850.
