Introducing The Arnold & Son Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum “Celestial Blue” Watch

A captivating lunar symphony for the celestially Inclined.

Arnold & Son has unveiled a new addition to its Perpetual Moon collection, the 41.5 Platinum “Celestial Blue”. This stunning timepiece features a platinum case, a celestial blue dial with hand-painted constellations, and a precision moon phase complication. The captivating dial of the “Celestial Blue” timepiece boasts a deep-pleated “Stellar Ray” pattern achieved through irregular engraved rays.

The case of the Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum is made of polished platinum. The new Perpetual Moon retains the refined dimensions of the “Stellar Ray” models, measuring 41.5mm in diameter and 11.30mm in height,. It is water-resistant to 30 meters. The dial is made of blue aventurine with a “Stellar Rays” decoration. The constellations are hand-painted and treated with Super-LumiNova, so they glow in the dark. The moon is made of mother-of-pearl and is also hand-painted and treated with Super-LumiNova. Crafted entirely in polished platinum, the elegant case features a domed sapphire crystal over the dial and a sapphire caseback.

Driving the precision moon phase display of the Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum is the manual-winding in-house Calibre A&S1512. This double barrel movement beats at a frequency of 21,600vph and has a power reserve of 90 hours. The movement is decorated with Côtes de Genève, polished and chamfered bridges, circular satin-finished wheels, and blued and chamfered screws.

The Perpetual Moon 41.5 Platinum comes on a blue hand-stitched alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold pin buckle. It is a limited edition of 38 pieces and is priced at CHF 46,600.
