New from The Watch Gallery UK – Buy Your Pre-Owned Watches Online

By Harlan Chapman-Green

We love wristwatches here, in fact, it’s in our name (sort of). We talk the most about watches which are upcoming, brand new, or something we own. Rarely do we discuss the topic that is purchasing or dealing with pre-owned pieces. I don’t have years and years of personal experience to share with you, luckily, there are people out there to help you. Introducing one of the UK’s leading wristwatch retailers, The Watch Gallery.

The Watch Gallery is a chain of stores around the UK which focus on selling high-end wristwatches to consumers. You can find their stores in the big cities we have here, you can find them in Selfridges in both London and Manchester, House of Hanover in London, they also own a huge Rolex only store at One Hyde Park and have a primary location in Westfield, London. That’s a lot of high-end locations to choose from! I can personally assure you that the service in each store is fantastic and the staff are very friendly, professional and have the exact same passion for you, so you can be assured that they understand your interests and concerns. The brands stocked include:

There are many more than that, but those listed are the most popular, note that they don’t represent Omega or Patek Philippe officially, but if you wanted to buy one from them you can always go pre-owned. This actually leads me onto today’s topic for discussion.

submariner side

New to The Watch Gallery, you can now buy pre-owned pieces directly from their website. There’s a range of over 200 watches so far with watches from some of the biggest names in the business such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier and Panerai. Each watch has been examined in-house by specialists hailing from the companies themselves and are microscopically checked to verify the authenticity of the timepieces. The wristwatches have also been cleaned up, refurbished and overhauled where needed and have been checked for water resistance where it’s possible in The Watch Gallery’s own dedicated in-house servicing centre.

Every watch also receives special treatment when it comes to presentation, with watches being shipped to customers in official brand presentation boxes, even if the watch didn’t arrive at The Watch Gallery with one. Each watch also receives a 2-year guarantee from The Watch Gallery and, even more importantly, the watches can be shipped globally, so even though they’re based in the UK you can have a watch no matter where you are.
