The Tudor Heritage Chrono Blue (ref. 70330B) is one among the new releases for 2013 at Baselworld. The Heritage Chrono Blue is a homage to a Tudor watch from 1970s. It is known, as the Tudor “Montecarlo chronograph”.

The new watch has a very similar design with the old one, but there are some differences. One of the differences is the size, as the Heritage Chrono Blue is 42mm wide in a polished and satin finished steel case (the original is smaller).

The Heritage Chrono Blue watch is powered by a modified ETA 2892 with a chronograph module. It still measures up to 45 minutes, but the original, has the sub counters reversed.  The movement delivers a power reserve of 42 hours.

The new Heritage Chrono is also water resistant to 150 meters also the pushers and crown are all screw-down to help it from the water to get in the movement. Tudor has applied SuperLumiNova on the hands and hour markers, but is still able to retain the vintage look of the 1970s version. Overall, the color scheme is very nice and appealing and the price will be about 4,200 EURtudorwatch.com
