The PRX Collection is Tissot’s contemporary interpretation of the 1970s sporty-chic watch. Tissot has recently made two exciting announcements regarding its PRX Collection. The first announcement is releasing a new addition to the PRX Chronograph Valjoux line – the Silver-Blue Panda PRX Chronograph.

The PRX Chronograph Valjoux is the most substantial and most sizable model in the PRX Collection. The watch boasts a sporty look, highlighted by rectangular pushers on the right-hand side, and a Panda-style dial featuring a 3-6-9 layout and a date at 4:30. It has a 42mm steel case, sapphire crystal, and see-through caseback, and it is water-resistant up to 100m.

The new watch is equipped with a vertically brushed silver dial with dark blue counters and also has luminescent hands and indices for better visibility in low-light conditions. The Silver-Blue Panda PRX Chronograph is an excellent addition to the collection, offering a sportier touch to the classic design.

It comes on an integrated steel bracelet with a triple-folding clasp and it is powered by the overhauled Valjoux movement (calibre A05 H31) with a reliable 60-hour power reserve. The new addition to the collection is expected to be available soon and is priced at EUR 1,995.

The second announcement is the long-awaited introduction of rubber straps for the PRX Powermatic 80. Although the watch has been equipped with a quick-release system on its steel bracelet since its launch in 2021, the addition of rubber straps has been eagerly awaited by watch enthusiasts. Tissot has finally presented the black and blue rubber straps for the PRX, which can be easily attached and removed using the quick-change system and fit both the automatic and quartz models. The new editions of the PRX Powermatic 80 on rubber strap come in blue and black with a striking waffle pattern dial and luminescent hands and indices for better visibility. The watch features a 40mm steel case, sapphire crystal, see-through caseback, and is water-resistant up to 100m. It is powered by the impressive calibre Powermatic 80 with an 80-hour power reserve and has an anti-magnetic Nivachron hairspring. PRX Powermatic 80 is priced at EUR 725.
