The Diver Collection by Ulysee Nardin continues to raise the bar for the marine timepieces. Once more this prestigious brand reveals its latest model built using a new dial design and a bracelet using the same colors as for the case.
Offering basically the same characteristics of the family, this watch has large diving scale indications in gold on a dark rotating bezel. The newest feature that comes with the Maxi Marine Diver is a wave-patterned black dial, which supports applied luminous indexes in a striking contrast.
Like on a Breguet watch (so it means this is pretty uncommon) the power reserve indicator is placed at 12 o’clock while the date and seconds are displayed on sub-dials at 6 o’clock. The 1846 date you can see imprinted in red on the dial pays homage to the year the brand was founded.
The MAXI marine diver is a luxury mechanical watch built with a 42.7 mm case made in 18 ct rose gold and comes with an automatic movement with a power reserve of 42 hours.
The movement is pretty spectacular to be honest when you see it for the very first time, while the rotor is produced in 22 ct rose gold. This model dedicated to sea adventures offers a water resistance to 200 meters.
The bracelet is also made using 18 ct rose gold and incorporates black ceramic elements to matches perfectly with the rest of this beautiful timepiece. To conclude I would say that this watch has a perfect design, and will definitely fit the expectation of anyone looking for a strong diving watch.
