The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph 44mm has been updated with a green dial and a rubber strap that mimics the look of a bracelet. The Carrera collection is known for its classic style and large dimensions.
The stainless steel case measures 44mm x 15mm, with a fixed green ceramic bezel that has brushed surfaces in the center and a polished finish on the edge. The bezel also features a white tachymeter scale engraved on it.
The circular brushed green dial has a tri-compax layout, with a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock, and small seconds and a date window at 6 o’clock.
The applied indices have white Super-LumiNova, and the baton-shaped hour and minute hands have luminescence and black lacquer at the base. The dial has a base texture that adds to its visual appeal.
The watch is powered by the in-house Calibre Heuer 02 automatic chronograph movement, which has an integrated column wheel and vertical clutch. It operates at 28,800vph and has an impressive power reserve of 80 hours. The movement drives the hours, minutes, chronograph with 30-minute and 12-hour counters, small seconds, and date functions.
The new Carrera Chronograph 44mm comes with a new green rubber strap that has a folding clasp with button release and micro-adjustment. It is also available on a 3-link stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp. Priced at EUR 6,200 on the rubber strap and EUR 6,400 on the steel bracelet, the watch is now available or soon to be available.
