Breitling has unveiled an exciting collection, the seven new Classic AVI watches. These chronographs pay homage to legendary aircraft while offering a more wearable size.
The Classic AVI series has 42mm x 14.7mm cases. Each model pays tribute to a specific aircraft. The F4U Corsair has a blue dial and steel bezel, the P-51 Mustang has a black dial and steel or rose gold case, the Curtiss Warhawk has a green dial and steel bezel, and the de Havilland Mosquito has a black dial with white counters and a black ceramic bezel.
Breitling Caliber 23 automatic movement powers the series, with a power reserve of 48 hours and boasting a 1/4 second chronograph with 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers.
The Classic AVI timepieces come with a calfskin leather strap or a five-row stainless steel bracelet, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.
The Classic AVI series is now available for purchase. Prices start at $5,800, with the F4U Corsair model on a steel bracelet priced at $6,100.
Breitling has also introduced two additional timepieces: the Super AVI “Mosquito Night Fighter” and the AVI Ref. 765 1964 Re-Edition.
The Super AVI “Mosquito Night Fighter” has a black ceramic case, a COSC-certified Breitling Manufacture Caliber B04, and a titanium and sapphire display caseback.
The AVI Ref. 765 1964 Re-Edition has a simplified and classic design with a black amorphous diamond-like carbon-coated steel bezel and a hand-wound column-wheel, vertical clutch Breitling Manufacture Caliber B09.
