Tudor Pelagos
For some years, there has been speculating that Rolex (Tudor´s owner) would return the Tudor sub-brand to the US market where it has been gone with the wind for a long period of time. Rolex itself has dominated the US market, afraid that Tudor would become a competitor to their big brother becuse of their low prices compere to Rolex timepieces. Tudor watches are produced alongside Rolex timepieces, they use ETA-Swiss movements versus movements made in-house at Rolex.
Tudor Heritage Chrono
A few months ago sources at Rolex seemed to suggest that Tudor was coming back. Rolex has announced the start up of the Tudor Watch USA, LLC subsidiary. In the coming month we can maybe expect to see Tudor watches appear in both Rolex stores and other retailers.
