The Breitling for Bentley Barnato 42 men’s chronograph is a fabulous piece; it stands alone to be so stunning without any description. “Barnato” comes from the name for Bentley’s racing history in the 1920’s. A beautiful royal ebony dial with red-rimmed sports counter as well a bezel made to look like a Bentley wheel arch.
The watch features a 42mm stainless steel case and is resistant to 100 meters. This Swiss made piece also features a 42 power reserve with an ETA Breitling calibre 41B automatic chronograph movement. The movements in all Breitling watches are COSC Chronometer certified.
The collaboration between Bentley and Breitling has always moved forward in a very positive manner. You can clearly see that any watch from the Breitling Bentley collection features the signature Breitling below the 12 o’clock mark.
This particular watch made in a tribute to the ‘Bentley Boys’ who achieved great success at the Le-Mans 24-hour endurance race during the 1920’s.
I absolutely love Breitling but being a lady, I much prefer the men’s collection to the women’s. The Bentley collection provides big for my wrist, so I can only sit back and wish.
I hope you enjoy the Barnato 42 Chronograph, it really is something special.
