Hamilton’s Jazzmaster collection is designed to cater to a diverse range of tastes with options including simple time-only models and multifaceted chronographs. The collection now boasts ten sub-collections, with the latest addition being the Jazzmaster Performer. This new line includes a variety of chronograph and time-only models in various styles and configurations. The collection comprises stainless steel cases, available in 42mm chronograph, 38mm, and 34mm time-only models, with each watch featuring a sapphire crystal for protection and a screw-down winding crown for water resistance up to 100 meters.
Jazzmaster Performer Chronograph
The Jazzmaster Performer Chronograph is available in a 42mm x 15.22mm size profile with 22mm-wide lugs and offers a choice between a steel or black tachymeter bezel mounted on top of the case. The dial comes in black, blue, or white, and the watch is available with either a stainless steel bracelet or a perforated leather strap that comes with a matching stainless steel folding clasp.
Jazzmaster Performer Automatic 38mm
The Jazzmaster Performer Automatic time-only models come in 38mm x 11.47mm with 20mm lugs and 34mm x 11.18mm with 18mm lugs. The 38mm model is available in the same dial color as the chronograph, while the 34mm model has exclusive light blue and mother-of-pearl dials. The time-only models feature bezels with Arabic numeral minute markers and come with either three-link stainless steel bracelets or perforated leather straps.
Jazzmaster Performer Automatic 34mm
The chronograph and 38mm versions are also available in black bezels and a rose gold PVD finish. Additionally, the dial comes in three different colors, namely black, blue, and white. Again, depending on the chosen color option, the lugs can either have a three-link stainless steel bracelet or a perforated leather strap that comes with a matching stainless steel folding clasp.
The H-31 automatic movement powers the 42mm Chronograph model, while the H-10 is used in the time-only models. Both movements have been upgraded with Nivachron balance springs and operate at frequencies of 28,800vph (4 Hz) and 21,600vph (3 Hz); and power reserves of 60 and 80 hours, respectively.
The Jazzmaster Performer Automatic Chronograph 42mm starts at $2,195 USD, while the time-only models in 38mm and 34mm sizes start at an official retail price of $995 USD.
