Building upon the design language of the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition introduced in 2020 for James Bond film No Time to Die, Omega has expanded its Seamaster Diver 300M lineup with a Bronze Gold and Burgundy variant. This new model integrates Omega’s exclusive Bronze Gold alloy with a burgundy bezel and a black dial.
It comes in a case measuring 42mm x 13.8mm constructed from Bronze Gold, an alloy containing 37.5% 9K gold along with palladium and silver. The case is designed to develop a natural patina over time while resisting the green oxidation often associated with bronze. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on the underside shields the dial while maintaining a healthy 300m water resistance.
A black canvas in a matte black finish serves as a platform for the hands and markers made from PVD 18k Bronze Gold and filled with vintage Super-LumiNova. The Omega logo and other dial text appear in a light brown color, complementing the overall color scheme. A burgundy oxalic anodized aluminum bezel ring with a diving scale in vintage Super-LumiNova surrounds the dial.
Omega’s very own Master Chronometer Calibre 8806 gets things going from inside. It is an automatic movement working at 25,200vph and offering a 55-hour power reserve. It features a free-sprung balance with a silicon balance spring and is resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 Gauss. The movement, as well as the assembled watch, is METAS-certified.
Securing onto your wrist is an affair between a brushed Bronze Gold mesh bracelet with a foldover clasp or an integrated black rubber strap with a Bronze Gold buckle. The lug width is 20mm. The watch is priced at €15,600 / US$13,900 with the rubber strap and €31,200 / US$27,900 with the Bronze Gold mesh bracelet.
